In 2005, Joël Schaeffer was the youngest participant in the famous "Bocuse d'Or" competition in Lyon. His restaurant is located in Mertert, about 15km east-side from Luxembourg town. If you want to taste haute-cuisine at still reasonable price, in a cosy ambiance, you should visit this exceptional place. Nice address also for company or private parties.
